When you subscribe to the Approval workflows via Piraeus e-banking service, we will assist you to set up the access and administration parameters per user and transaction via Piraeus e-banking.

Only the users you authorise may have access to perform transactions via Piraeus e-banking, depending on the amount and type of transaction.

When an authorized user enters a transaction that requires approval, you are notified by email, logged in the “Piraeus Business app” and manage the transaction (approval/reject).

How to install the app?

In order to download the app search for "Piraeus Business app" at App Store or at Google Play Store.

Retrieve Piraeus e-banking username while you setup “Piraeus Business app”

Have you forgot your Piraeus e-banking username? Find out how you can easily retrieve it within few steps, while you setup “Piraeus Business app”. To complete this action, you must have your registered mobile phone to the Bank and your 16-digit debit card number with its PIN.

  1. Download “Piraeus Business app”.
  2. Select «Login».
  3. Type your Piraeus e-banking username, In case you forgot it select «Forgot Username?» and «Next».
  4. Select debit card and type the requested digits.
  5. Select «Next».
  6. Type your registered mobile phone number to the Bank.
  7. Select «Next».
  8. Fill in the tax ID number of the company who authorized you.
  9. Select «Next».
  10. You received via SMS your Piraeus e-banking username.
  11. Return to the login screen to enter your Piraeus e-banking username.

Piraeus e-banking username retrieval is completed!

Reissue Piraeus e-banking password, while you setup “Piraeus Business app”

Have you forgot your Piraeus e-banking Password? See how you can easily reissue it within few steps, while you set up “Piraeus Business app”. To complete this action, you must have your registered mobile phone to the Bank and your 16-digit debit card number with its PIN.

  1. Download “Piraeus Business app”.
  2. Select «Login».
  3. Type your Piraeus e-banking username and select «Next».
  4. Type your password. In case you have forgot it, select «Forgot Password?» and «Next».
  5. Select debit card and type the requested digits and select “Next”.
  6. Type your registered mobile phone number to the Bank and select «Next».
  7. Type the extraPIN code, that you have received to your registered mobile phone via Viber or SMS.
  8. Type the two corresponding digits of your debit card PIN in the empty fields and select «Next».
  9. Type the code that you have received via SMS and «Next».
  10. You will receive an SMS with the temporary password, which together with the username you will use to login to Piraeus business e-banking or the Piraeus Business app and "Login"
  11. Type your username and Current/Temporary password received by SMS and "Next".
  12. Type the new password according to the instructions and "Next".
  13. Confirm the new password and "Next".
  14. Type the extraPIN code sent to your registered mobile via Viber or SMS.
  15. The Piraeus e-banking password reissuance has been completed!
  16. Then, set your quick login, to login at “Piraeus Business app”.

How do I activate push notifications for transactions approval?

You can enable application's notifications to receive push notifications to validate your transactions by quick login PIN, Face ID or fingerprint. You select from the above section of the dashboard page, the image with your initials, then select settings, and then select the “on” mark of the push notification section.

I have many companies. Can I manage them through the app?

If you are connected to more than one company profiles, when you login to the application, you will always be asked to select which company you want to connect to before going to the dashboard page of the application.
If the legalization information of your company is not accurate, in order to reactivate, you must visit the Piraeus Bank branch that serves you, in order to update the information of your corporate representation.
The "Change Company" option in your profile menu after login only appears if there is more than one company profiles. By selecting it, the company selection screen appears.

How do I see the approvals menu?

From the dashboard page select the "Approvals" menu:
"Pending Approval" tab: The transactions you need to approve and their total number are displayed sorted by submission date. You then select the desired transaction to show its details, from where you can approve or reject it.
"Registered" tab: The transactions you have registered and need to be approved by other users of the company and their total number are displayed sorted by submission date. Then you select the transaction you want to show its details, from where you can cancel it.
"History" tab: By selecting it, you can see the transactions that you have completed, approved or declined. The approved transaction is displayed in black. The rejected transaction is displayed in red. By selecting the Filter icon you can search for the desired transaction in the Approval History based on filters.

How do I arrange an Online Appointment* with the Business Partner at Piraeus Bank?

To make an appointment with your Business Partner, you only need to have active credentials for Piraeus e-banking and proceed to the following steps:

  1. Login to Piraeus Business app.
  2. Select Online Appointment from the dashboard page in your Business Partner details or select “My Appointments” from the Services menu.
  3. Select the topic you want to discuss, the communication method you want, e.g. appointment at the branch, the specific date and time that serves you as well as other participants according to the representation of your company.
  4. You can address your comments to the Business Partner that will manage your appointment.
  5. Press "Next", confirm the information you have entered for the desired Appointment and complete the Request.
  6. You have just booked an appointment with your Business Partner at Piraeus Bank and from the Services menu, you can select My Appointments to view your appointment history or to modify them.

Can I use the application to electronically sign the documents sent to me by the Bank?

Yes. The free Remote Signing service allows the authorized users to sign documents remotely and through the new Piraeus Business app, using approved electronic signature certificates issued by approved certification service providers.

  1. Login to Piraeus Business app.
  2. Select Remote Signing from the Services menu.
  3. In the To Signature menu you will find the documents that require your signature.
  4. In the In progress menu you will find pending documents, which have not completed the cycle of signatures.
  5. In the Completed menu you will find the completed documents, which have been digitally signed by all signatories.
  6. In the Canceled menu you will find the canceled documents.

Can I request the issuance of Certificates & Supporting Documents through the Piraeus Business app?

In the renewed Piraeus Business app, for the authorized users, a series of frequently requested certificates or documents are available, with immediate issue or with issue on request. In the case of the immediate issue, the customer receives the certificate immediately, while in the case of the issue with an application, he can follow the progress of the application through the app and will receive it in the email he has specified.

  1. Login to Piraeus Business app.
  2. Select Certificates, applications & supporting documents from the Services menu.
  3. In the "Available documents" menu you will find the categories from which you can request the issuance of certificates or documents, as well as immediately start a New Application.
  4. In the "Application" menu you will follow the progress of the Application you have registered.
  5. In the "History" menu you will find posted all the Applications you have registered.
