How to install the app?

In order to download the app search for "Piraeus app" at App Store or at Google Play Store, or at App Gallery.

Retrieve Piraeus e-banking Username while you setup “Piraeus app”

Have you forgot your Piraeus e-banking Username? Find out how you can easily retrieve it within few steps, while you setup “Piraeus app”. To complete this action, you must have your registered mobile phone to the Bank and your 16-digit debit card number with its PIN.

  1. Download “Piraeus app”.
  2. Select «Log in».
  3. Type your Piraeus e-banking Username, In case you forgot it select «Forgot Username?» and «Next».
  4. Select debit card and type the 7th – 13th digit.
  5. Select «Next».
  6. Type your registered mobile phone number to the Bank.
  7. Select «Next».
  8. Specify your access type: Personal Access or Authorized Access. In case you select «Authorized Access» fill in the tax ID number of the person who authorized you.
  9. Select «Next».
  10. You received via SMS your Piraeus e-banking Username.
  11. Return to the login screen to enter your Piraeus e-banking Username.
    Piraeus e-banking Username retrieval is completed!

Reissue Piraeus e-banking Password, while you setup “Piraeus app”

Have you forgot your Piraeus e-banking Password? See how you can easily reissue it within few steps, while you set up “Piraeus app”. To complete this action, you must have your registered mobile phone to the Bank and your 16-digit debit card number with its PIN.

  1. Download “Piraeus app”.
  2. Select «Log in».
  3. Type your Piraeus e-banking Username and select «Next».
  4. Type your Password. In case you have forgot it, select «Forgot Password?» and «Next».
  5. Select debit card and type the 7th – 13th digit and select “Next”.
  6. Type your registered mobile phone number to the Bank and select «Next».
  7. Type the extraPIN code, that you have received to your registered mobile phone via Viber or SMS.
  8. Enter the two corresponding digits of your debit card PIN in the empty fields and select «Next».
  9. Type the code that you have received via SMS and «Next».
  10. Then, select «Refresh».
  11. Type your new Password following the instructions and select «Next».
  12. Confirm your new Password and select «Next».
  13. Type the extraPIN code that you have received to your registered mobile phone via Viber or SMS.
  14. The Piraeus e-banking Password reissuance has been completed!
  15. Then, set your quick login, to log in at “Piraeus app”.

Sign up at Piraeus e-banking online, free, using “Piraeus app”

Sign up online at Piraeus e-banking, to instantly access your accounts, manage your finances and carry out your daily transactions. The process is simple, and it only takes a few minutes.

Online registration is free, and you must have an active debit card, remember the PIN and have in your possession your registered mobile phone to the Bank.

  1. Download the “Piraeus app”.
  2. Select «Register».
  3. Select the second icon “Register online”.
  4. Accept the terms and select “Register online”.
  5. Select debit card and type the 7th – 13th digit. Then, type your registered mobile phone number to the Bank and select «Next».
  6. Now enter the Username that you want to use to log in and enter your email. Then select «Next». Note: The Username must consist of 6-50 characters and include at least one letter and one number. The use of a series of same characters are not acceptable. For example, the Usernames b22222222, 77777777g are not acceptable. The use of characters with logical sequence is not allowed. For example, the Usernames 123456, 654321a, abcdef, fedcba, wer1234 are not acceptable. Advice: Do not use Usernames that are easily predictable, such us names, dates, phone numbers.
  7. Then, type the extraPIN code, that you have just received to your registered mobile phone.
  8. Then, enter the two corresponding digits of your debit card PIN in the empty fields.
  9. Then, you will receive via SMS, the temporary Password for your Piraeus e-banking registration. This Password will be valid for 72 hours to complete your Piraeus e-banking login.
    The Online registration at Piraeus e-banking has been successfully completed!

How do I activate push notifications for transactions approval?

You can enable application's notifications to receive push notification to validate your transactions by quick login PIN, Face ID or fingerprint. You select from the above section of the dashboard page, the image with your initials, then select settings, and then select the “on” mark of the push notification section.
