Piraeus e-banking Password Reissue

Step 1

Visit www.ebanking.piraeusbank.gr and select to log in as “Individual”.

Step 2

You are automatically taken to the Piraeus e-banking homepage. Select “Forgot/blocked Password?”.

Step 3

On the next screen, select “I forgot my Password- Reissue Password” and then click “REISSUE PASSWORD”.

Step 4

Insert your debit card number, the username you use to log in to Piraeus e-banking and, finally, the mobile phone that you have declared to Piraeus Bank to receive the extraPIN. Click NEXT.

Step 5

Select the type of your debit card and enter the required card digits. Enter the Usename you use for login to Piraeus e-banking and finally the mobile phone that you have declared to Piraeus Bank to receive extraPIN code. Click NEXT.

Step 6

Enter the two corresponding digits of your debit card PIN in the empty fields and press CONTINUE. Immediately afterwards, you will receive the temporary password (valid for 72 hours) to complete your connection.

Username Reminder

Step 1

Visit www.ebanking.piraeusbank.gr and select to log in as “Individual”.

Step 2

You are automatically taken to the Piraeus e-banking homepage. Select “Forgot Username?”.

Step 3

On the next screen, select the type of your debit card and enter the required debit card digits and the number of the mobile phone you have declared to Piraeus Bank. Finally click “SUBMIT” and you will promptly receive your Username with SMS.

The process is completed.

Mobile extraPIN declaration process

Necessary condition for mobile extraPIN declaration process is to have in your possession an active debit card of Piraeus Bank and to have made the registration for Piraeus phone banking.

Step 1

Log in to Piraeus e-banking with your credentials. From your profile (up left where your full name is indicated) select “Security Settings” and then “extraPIN”.

Step 2

Then select “extraPIN MOBILE” and then “REGISTER”.

Step 3

On this screen, you have to enter the mobile phone number, on which you want to receive the extraPIN codes. Click “NEXT”.

Step 4

Then you will receive by SMS, a confirmation code that you have to insert in order to continue the process. Click “NEXT”.

Step 5

On this screen, you have to confirm the mobile phone number you have declared. Click “SUBMIT”.

Step 6

Your application has been registered successfully and you can see the application number in the corresponding field. To activate the ability of receiving extraPIN codes, you must call Piraeus Bank Epikoinonia-Eksypiretisi-Pelaton at 210-3288000 and log in to Piraeus phone banking service (say: “CONNECT TO PHONE BANKING”). Then declare to the representative of Piraeus Bank the above application number. In case you have not written down the application code the representative can locate it in order to complete the process.

NOTE: The extraPIN mobile activation process will only be completed when you log in to the Piraeus phone banking service to declare your application number. If you are not registered at Piraeus phone banking service, you can register by calling the above phone number. After your registration, you can connect promptly to the service and declare the above application number to the representative of Piraeus Bank.
