1. Transactions and Account balance notifications.
a. Define the account you wish to monitor.
b. Select the conditions for which you wish to receive alerts. The system can notify you each time the accounting balance is altered:
- Regardless of amount or reason for alteration
- In relation to 1 reference amount (minimum or maximum) set by you
- In relation to 2 reference amounts (minimum and maximum) set by you
c. Set the reference amounts (e.g. minimum or maximum amount), if they are necessary for the alerts you selected.
d. Set the days and hours you wish to receive alerts:
- The days you wish to receive alerts
- What times of the day you do not want to receive notifications (silence periods)
2. Notifications for Credit, Debit & Prepaid Cards.
a. Define the credit, debit, and prepaid card you wish to monitor.
b. Select the transactions of your credit card you are interested in monitoring:
- Debit for purchases
- Cash withdrawals
- Transactions worth over a safety limit you set
- Transactions at physical points of sale
- Online transactions
- Telephone transactions
- Transactions in Greece
- Transactions in foreign countries
c. Furthermore, you may be notified:
For transactions made with Debit Card:
- For every amount
- When the value of the transaction is greater or equal to the amount you will set.
- For transactions made inside or outside Greece.
- for transactions made at physical shops or through the Internet.
For transactions with Piraeus Webuy prepaid card:
- For every amount
- When the value of the transaction is greater or equal to the amount you will set
- For transactions made from distance
- For transactions made inside or outside Greece

- The days you wish to receive alerts
- What times of the day you do not want to receive notifications (silence periods)
3. Payment orders’ settings.
a. Define the payment order you wish to monitor.
b. Select the conditions for which you wish to receive alerts:
- As a reminder before the execution of the payment
- As a notice that your balance is insufficient one day before the execution
- As a notice that the amount is over the security limit you have set, one day before the execution
- As a notification that the payment has been successfully executed
- As a notification that the payment has NOT been successfully executed
