Registration procedure
Sign up for Piraeus phone banking in one of the following ways:
Through Piraeus e-banking
1. Log in to Piraeus e-banking with your credentials.
2. Select from the menu Purchases & Applications > Banking Products & Services > Piraeus phone banking and follow the steps.
Through a Piraeus Bank branch

After activating the service
- If you are calling from the phone number you provided during registration (no blocked number), enter only your personal security code (PIN*).
- If you are calling from a different phone number, mobile or landline, enter the phone number you provided during registration and then type in your personal Security Code (PIN*)
*The personal Security Code is the same with your Piraeus Bank debit card. However, if you wish, you can change it to a 6-digit code of your choice, which will ONLY apply for the Piraeus phone banking service.
