How do I install the Piraeus app?

Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How can I activate/re-issue my card via e-banking?

You can activate/re-issue (due to loss or theft) your card easily and quickly via the Piraeus e-banking service and Piraeus app.

How do I activate the e-statements service?

Sign up for Piraeus e-statements service through Piraeus e-banking to:

  • Get secure access to your credit card statements
  • View your monthly statements for the last 2 years
  • Save, file and print out your statements
  • Be informed about special shopping deals

How can I collect expenses through electronic means of payments?

You can collect expenses by using Piraeus Bank credit, debit and prepaid cards as well as by making electronic payments through Piraeus e-banking, Piraeus app and Piraeus phone banking.

With the AB Plus Mastercard Credit card you collect AB Plus points with every purchase and double points* at AB stores, using it along with your AB Plus loyalty card. In detail:

  • 1 AB Plus point for every €3 of purchases you make at AB stores
  • 1 AB Plus point for every €10 of purchases you make anywhere else
  • 100 AB Plus welcome points with your first purchase

*Double points are not valid for products that either due to a promotion or other promotional activity provide additional points.

The AB Plus Mastercard® Credit card was created in cooperation with AB Vassilopoulos and offers you a loyalty program linked to the AB Plus loyalty program. You earn extra AB Plus points from all your purchases, using it together with the AB Plus card.


In detail, with the AB Plus Mastercard® Credit you get:

  • 1 AB Plus point for every €3 of purchases you make at AB stores
  • 1 AB Plus point for every €10 of purchases you make anywhere else
  • 100 AB Plus welcome points with your first purchase

The points you accumulate can be redeemed in discounts, e.g. 100 points for €3 discount and 200 points for €6 discount, or in free products, according to the terms of the AB Plus program.

*Double points are not valid for products that either due to a promotion or other promotional activity provide additional points.

AB Plus Barcode
Use the AB Plus Mastercard Credit for the immediate collection of AB Plus points, since the barcode of your AB Plus card is printed on the back of your credit card.

Before you pay with your AB Plus Mastercard Credit, during which you will earn the points corresponding to the amount of your purchase, you give your credit card to the cashier, the cashier scans the barcode on the back of the card, and you collect the AB Plus points. With just one card and two swipes you earn double points.
