Online appointment

All you need is to have Piraeus e-banking service codes. In case you don't have Piraeus e-banking codes, you can register for free here.
To set up your appointment, please follow the steps below:

• Log in to Piraeus e-banking or the Piraeus app
• Select a new appointment in the "My appointments" section
• Choose a specific date and time that suits you.
• The first available date to set your appointment is the day after tomorrow.
• You can set your appointment two months in advance
• The total duration of your appointment cannot exceed 45 minutes
• The available appointments of the day are from 8.00 am to 1.00 pm.
• Select the topic you want to discuss.
• Select the type of appointment you want. The options are:

1. appointment at the store 
2. telephone meeting
3. video call*

Initially, your default service store is displayed, alternatively you can choose** "Other" to select the store where you wish to make your appointment.

• You can enter your comments the branch that will manage your appointment.
• Your appointment has been registered. If the need arises, you have the option to change and/or cancel the appointment you have created.

* The video calling feature is available exclusively to Personal Banking and Business Banking Plus customer.
**The branch selection option does not apply to Personal Banking and Business Banking Plus clients who are served by a personal advisor.

• You will receive an e-mail with all the necessary information about your appointment.
• If you have downloaded the Piraeus app on your mobile phone, you will receive a push notification one hour before the start of your appointment.
• You can keep track of your scheduled appointments and their history for the last twelve months through the Piraeus e-banking service, in the "My appointments" section.
• In the event of an emergency cancellation of the appointment by the store, you will be informed accordingly.
