How do I install the Piraeus app?

Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How do I get a Piraeus e-loan?

How do I get Piraeus WEBUY?

You can get Piraeus WEBUY in just a few minutes:

  • online via Piraeus e-banking and from your mobile phone with the Piraeus app 
  • by phone via Piraeus phone banking 

If you do not have a Piraeus e-banking password, you must first open an account in order to have access. 

It is possible that the identification documents you have submitted to us may be missing or not valid due to their age. In this case, you will have to provide us with the necessary documents in order for us to update them.

Does Piraeus WEBUY have a subscription?

The prepaid Piraeus WEBUY card is acquired and reissued free of charge. There is no subscription fee.

The Piraeus WEBUY can be used for purchases in physical stores?

As Piraeus WEBUY is a virtual (intangible) card it can also be used in physical stores using digital wallets. It cannot, however, be used at ATMs for cash withdrawals. 

Is there a direct charge?

The transactions you make are paid directly from the available balance. If the available balance is insufficient, the transaction is not executed.

How can I manage my card?

The management of your card, i.e. the loading/unloading of your card, the monitoring of your transactions, the daily transaction limit, the cancellation and reissuing of your card, is easy, at any time, wherever you are:

  • online via Piraeus e-banking and from your mobile phone with the Piraeus app
  • by phone via Piraeus phone banking 

How can I collect expenses through electronic means of payments?

You can collect expenses by using Piraeus Bank credit, debit and prepaid cards as well as by making electronic payments through Piraeus e-banking, Piraeus app and Piraeus phone banking.
