How much money can I send with a remittance?
You can send money via Piraeus e-banking:
- In Greece up to €150,000 per transaction
- Abroad up to €50,000 per transaction
With a transfer from Piraeus Bank branches, you can send money abroad and in Greece.
How do I send a remittance?
To send a transfer via Piraeus e-banking:
- Select the menu Transfers/Money Transfers > Transfer to another bank/Remittance.
- Fill in the relevant fields with the guidance of the system.
- Check and confirm the data and expenses incurred.
- Submit your order. The account you have chosen will be debited with the amount of the transfer and the relevant fees during the execution of your order.
Piraeus e-banking registration
To send a transfer from your mobile phone via Piraeus app:
- Select Transact > To account.
- Fill in the fields with the guidance of the system. At each step, you can check the data before confirming your order.
- Complete your transaction. The account you have chosen will be charged with the amount of the transfer and the relevant fees during the execution of your order.
