How do I install the Piraeus app?

Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

Remote cashier

Connect through video call with the remote cashier and carry out any transaction as easy and simple as you would at a regular cashier desk.

Transactions are carried out in Euro by using your e-signature.

Enjoy a new banking experience created only for you by Piraeus Bank and carry out easily and fast the following transactions:

  • Cash deposits
  • Money transfers between accounts in the same or in a different currency up to the amount of € 10.000 or the equivalent thereof
  • Cash withdrawal up to the amount of € 10.000
  • Credit cards and loans payments
  • Public Sector bills and debts payments
  • Prepaid Card loading and full unloading
  • e-Administrative fee payment
  • Deposit of personal & bank checks issued by other banks up to the amount of € 300.000 (per check)
  • Personal checks: sum availability in the morning of the 3rd working day following the transaction day, if the transaction is made until 15:30 or in the morning of the 4th working day if the transaction is made after 15:30
  • Bank checks: sum availability in the morning of the 2nd working day following the transaction day, if the transaction is made until 15:30 or in the morning of the 3rd working day if the transaction is made after 15:30
  • Full payment of Piraeus Bank checks up to the amount of € 10.000 through account debit
  • Personal checks: sum availability in the morning of the 2nd working day following the transaction day
  • Bank checks: instant sum availability

Important

  • Transactions submitted from Monday to Friday within the preset daily operations end time applicable per transaction type, are executed on the same day

The following transactions cannot be carried out by the Remote cashier:

  • Transactions by legal permission or by proxy
  • Transactions in cash in foreign currencies
  • Credit card payments after 18:00
  • Deposit of personal or bank checks not participating in the electronic clearing system (ECS) are

At the ATMs you can carry out quickly and safely numerous banking transactions, as the service is available 24/7.

By using your debit card and PIN, you can complete more than 950 transactions with ease and safety, with no time restriction.

  • Payments at more than 950 Organizations that Single Payment (RF) codes

  • Money transfers to third-party accounts in Piraeus Bank, with the option to select a predefined description (business debit cards are excluded)
  • Payments at your or a third-party’s Piraeus Bank credit card, as well as any other Greek Bank credit card
