I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

Where can I send a remittance?

You can transfer money anywhere in the world via Piraeus e-banking, Piraeus phone banking and branch. Through Piraeus app, countries must support beneficiary account numbers in IBAN format. The service is provided under the applicable legal and regulatory framework.

How much money can I send with a remittance?

You can send money via Piraeus e-banking:

  • In Greece up to €150,000 per transaction
  • Abroad up to €50,000 per transaction

With a transfer from Piraeus Bank branches, you can send money abroad and in Greece.

How do I send a remittance?

To send a transfer via Piraeus e-banking:

  • Select the menu Transfers/Money Transfers > Transfer to another bank/Remittance.
  • Fill in the relevant fields with the guidance of the system.
  • Check and confirm the data and expenses incurred.
  • Submit your order. The account you have chosen will be debited with the amount of the transfer and the relevant fees during the execution of your order.

Piraeus e-banking registration

To send a transfer from your mobile phone via Piraeus app:

  • Select Transact > To account.
  • Fill in the fields with the guidance of the system. At each step, you can check the data before confirming your order.
  • Complete your transaction. The account you have chosen will be charged with the amount of the transfer and the relevant fees during the execution of your order.

To send a money transfer via Piraeus phone banking, you only need to have a phone and a Piraeus Bank debit card.

  • Call from Greece or abroad at +30 210 328000.
  • Enter your personal identification codes on the telephone device to authenticate your identity.
  • Provide the details of your transaction, either to the specialised representative at the call center, or via the IVR system.
  • Give your order. The account you have selected will be debited with the amount of the transfer and the relevant fees.
