Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

Who is it aimed at?

The service is addressed to legal persons or individuals who hold a current account or a sight account.

How can I get a chequebook?

You can register your application online via Piraeus e-banking or visit a branch of Piraeus Bank.

Once your application has been approved, you are notified by telephone from an employee of the branch you have selected to receive your cheque book.

How can I see the cheques I have written?

You can monitor the cheques you have issued through Piraeus e-banking from the Deposits >Cheques menu so that you can know at any time the status of each cheque (e.g. outstanding, paid, voided, canceled).

What happens in case of loss or theft of the chequebook?

You report the loss or theft immediately to your service branch and the remaining sheets of the chequebook are canceled.
