Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

The service is provided through DIAS Interbanking Systems and is supported by Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank, National Bank, Eurobank, ATTICA Bank and Viva. For the use, credentials for e-banking or mobile app are needed.
Procedure

To complete your purchases in the e-shop via IRIS payments:

  • select "Generate QR Code" and scan the QR from your mobile app or alternatively select your partner bank and be transferred to your e-banking
  • insert your credentials for e-banking or mobile app, then payment details will appear and select the debit account
  • approve and complete the payment
  • return to e-shop
