How do I install the Piraeus app?

Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How do I get a Piraeus e-loan?

Bill payments via the RF code

1. Log in to the Piraeus app with quick login (4-digit PIN, fingerprint or Face ID).

2. From the homepage, select Transact > Bill Payments > Single payment.

3. Fill in the RF code or scan the QR code from your bill.

4. Select the account, which will be charged with the payment, fill in the amount and choose the transaction execution time. Orders registered after 6.00 p.m. will be executed the next business day.

Tip: In order to execute your next payment more easily, it is recommended to save the payment with an alias name.

5. Check payment details and select "Submit". Quick login identification (4-digit PIN, fingerprint or Face ID) is required to complete the payment.

6. If you want, click on the "share icon" to save or share your transaction details.
