With the Piraeus phone banking service of Piraeus Bank, your transactions are made easier in cooperation with our service representatives who can be reached 24 hours a day at our call center or through our advanced interactive voice response (IVR) system.
To use the service, you only need to be a Piraeus Bank customer and have an active debit card.
Registration is done by telephone following the following steps:
1. Call us at 210 32 88 000 24 hours a day from a landline or mobile phone. You will be charged for a local call if you use a landline or based on the pricing policy of your mobile network operator if you use a mobile.
2. Indicate the service or topic you are interested in to the voice recognition system (Voice IVR) (register with Piraeus phone banking).
3. Then you will be connected to a representative of Piraeus phone banking service in order to listen to and accept the terms of use of the service. Acceptance of the terms of use of the service is a prerequisite for using the service.
4.The service has been activated.
After activating the service
- If you are calling from the phone number you provided when you registered (no number masking), you will only need to quote or enter your personal Security Number (PIN*)
- If you are calling from a different phone number, mobile or landline, you will first mention or type the phone number you provided when you registered and then your Personal Identification Number (PIN*).
*The personal Security Code is the same as that of your Piraeus Bank debit card. However, if you wish, you can change it with another one of your choice, which will be valid MONO for the Piraeus phone banking service.
