How do I install the Piraeus app?

Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How do I get a Piraeus e-loan?

In 3 simple steps

Through the specially designed tool you select:

2. Register your application at any time
  • Confirm your basic personal and professional information
  • Attach the necessary supporting documents
  • Complete the registration of the application
3. Loan disbursement
  • Your application is assessed by the bank
  • Once the application is approved, you sign the contract documents with an approved electronic signature (OTC)
  • The money is credited to your account

epay, a strategic partner of Piraeus Bank, with the new option for AllWeekPay, offers you the liquidity you need.
Your money is available all days of the week from the next day of the transaction with your customers. You accept payments in the physical store at an epay POS terminal or in your e-shop on a Friday, Saturday or on the eve of a holiday and your card receipts are available in your bank account the very next day.

  • For all transactions of the day, you receive your money the next day early in the morning
  • For all epay partners, the feature has been activated automatically since 01.03.23
  • Offered FREE for a limited period
  • When the free period ends, the fee is only 1 euro/week. Get detailed information here.
  • Your business is only billed in the months that operates transactions
  • In case that you do not wish to continue using the AllWeekPay functionality after the end of the free period, you should contact the epay team via email to opt out at complaint@epayworldwide.gr or the epay contact center at 210 38 98 954.

  • For all epay partners the AllWeekPay feature has been activated automatically since 01.03.23
  • If you are not an epay partner you can call 210 38 98 954, visit your nearest Piraeus Bank branch or send a direct message to the contact form
