I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How do I get a Piraeus e-loan?

The service supports payments via e-banking of Piraeus Bank, Alpha Bank, National Bank, Eurobank, ATTICA Bank and Viva.

Procedure

On the e-shop checkout screen, customer select IRIS payments as a means of payment:

  • "Generate QR Code" to scan QR via mobile app or select a bank to redirect to e-banking environment
  • Log in to mobile app or e-banking to check payment details and choose the debit bank account
  • Approve and complete the payment 
  • Return to e shop

IRIS payments service is supported by DIAS Interbanking Systems.

The service is available for e-shops in Greek market. Piraeus provides all technical specifications and support for the set up to DIAS Platform.
