I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

Transactions and Business Account balance notifications

1. Define the business account you wish to monitor.

2. Select the conditions for which you wish to receive alerts. The system can notify you each time the accounting balance is altered:

  • Regardless of amount or reason for alteration
  • In relation to 1 reference amount (minimum or maximum) set by you
  • In relation to 2 reference amounts (minimum and maximum) set by you

3. Set the reference amounts (e.g. minimum or maximum amount), if they are necessary for the alerts you selected.

4. Set the days and hours you wish to receive alerts:

  • The days you wish to receive alerts
  • What times of the day you do not want to receive notifications (silence periods)
