I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

Receive a copy of your statement using the Customer Statement - SWIFT MT940 service

Keep track of your transactions updates and balance by sending a copy via SWIFT MT940.
The Customer Statement - SWIFT MT940 service provides updates about transactions involving your account with Piraeus Bank to a third party bank or a company in the SWIFT network. Piraeus Bank is also a member of the SWIFT Standardised Corporate Environment (SCORE) to allow it to send SWIFT MT940 messages directly to the customer’s SWIFT BIC and not just to financial institutions. In this way, you can receive a copy of your bank account statement and if you have entered the data during the transaction, you can view the analysis of your transactions.

  • large companies or groups of companies
  • participate in SCORE and wish to control themselves
  • or they want a third bank with which they cooperate to be informed about the balances and movements of their accounts or those of their subsidiaries in Piraeus Bank
