Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How do I get a Piraeus e-loan?

Through Piraeus Business e-banking, you can cover your operating expenses through payment orders, manage batch payments to your suppliers and associates, pay regular and emergency debts and manage your banking products, such as loans and corporate cards.

Transaction processing

FX Transactions via Piraeus e-banking

A Foreign Exchange Transaction function has been integrated into Piraeus e-banking. This new function is located under the “Transfers Between My Accounts” section, where you can select the accounts, you wish to credit & debit, provided that one is a Euro account, and the other a Foreign Currency account; among a wide range of 9 major Foreign Currencies*. Transaction amounts are limited to under €15.000 [or equivalent], and a cumulative limit of €50.000 [or equivalent] per business day also applies.


*   Eligible Foreign Currencies to transact via EUR are: USD, CHF, GBP, JPY, AUD, CAD, NOK, DKK, SEK
** Exchange Rates are drawn from the effective Foreign Exchange Bulletin without any additional charges.  

PSD2 Service Directive - What Changes

In order to conduct transactions at Piraeus Business e-banking, every transaction should be authorized. Transaction authorization will be performed through push notification at new Piraeus Business app, or with an extraPIN delivered through Viber or SMS at the company’s registered user or alternatively using a code from a token generator.
