I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

The Piraeus Bank batch payments service for farmers allows you to make payments for all business activities and operations. The service allows you to collect all payments in Greece into a single file, irrespective of whether they are aimed at holders of accounts with Piraeus Bank or other banks.

How are payments made through the service?

Payment through the bulk debit service starts with you creating the electronic payment file with the details of the beneficiaries of the payment you want to make. Piraeus Bank’s Payments System will provide details about the structure this file needs to have.

You send the electronic file with the details of your payment orders to Piraeus Bank’s Payments System.

You present the statement with the data contained in the electronic file to your local branch and a cover letter which contains your payment order.


Processing a payment file

Piraeus Bank then checks the structure of the file you sent, accepts it, and uploads it to its Payments System. If the data or structure of the file generates a system error, you will be notified immediately so as to make the necessary changes.

Agricultural payments are made on the same day you give us the order. Payments to account holders at Piraeus Bank are made immediately and payments to account holders at other banks are made through an interbank procedure the next day.

The filed-based batch credit/debit service automatically checks the data in the file to ensure that the IBAN accounts are valid and that they match the stated beneficiaries to ensure that details match. If invalid accounts are identified as part of these checks, you are automatically notified about the results.
