Upon activation of your new Visa credit card, any current balance, available balance, credit limit, transaction history etc of your Mastercard credit card will be transferred to your new Visa credit card and the Mastercard credit card will be cancelled. After the activation of the Visa card, the copy of monthly statements will be issued under the Visa card number and the transactions and the card number with which they were carried out will be displayed in detail.

If you wish to use your new Visa card, you will need to activate it and then, your balance, credit limit, transaction history etc will be transferred from the Mastercard credit card to the new Visa credit card.
