Issuance & Payment of e-Administrative Fee

To issue the e-Administrative Fee

Choose whichever option suits you:

1. Via the Piraeus e-banking:

• Log in to either Piraeus e- banking and select Payments > e-Administrative Fee > Issuance
• Either in the Piraeus app and select Issuance of e-Administrative Fee

2. Via Piraeus phone banking:

By phone, by calling from a landline or mobile phone within Greece at 210 32 88 000 and from abroad at +30 210 32 88 000.

For the issuance of the e-Administrative Fee  you will need:

• the public body
• the administrative fee category
• the administrative fee type
• the details of the debtor (e.g. full name, father's name, VAT number)

To pay the e-Administrative Fee

• Log in to either Piraeus e- banking and select Payments > e-Administrative Fee > Payment or Payments > Popular payments > e-Administrative Fee
• Either in the Piraeus app and select Payments > Payment of e-Administrative Fee

2. Via Piraeus phone banking:

By phone, by calling from a landline or mobile phone within Greece at 210 32 88 000 and from abroad at +30 210 32 88 000.

3. Via the Piraeus Bank branch network

You may pay your e-Administrative Fee at Piraeus Bank branches in cash or by debiting your bank account.
You can pay the e-Payment card in the Piraeus Bank branch network by cash or by debiting your bank account.

Your payment is completed:

Α. By debiting a Piraeus Bank account

Pay for the e-Administrative Fee by debiting your deposit account:

• via the Piraeus e-banking (either via Piraeus e-banking or via Piraeus app)
• via the Piraeus phone banking
• via the Piraeus Bank branches

Β. By credit card VISA/MasterCard of Piraeus Bank

Pay for the  e-Administrative Fee with Piraeus VISA / MasterCard credit cards:

• via Piraeus e- banking
• via Piraeus phone banking

C. By cash

Pay the  e-Administrative Fee with cash at Piraeus Bank branches

For the  e-Administrative Fee payment, you will need:

• the payment code of the  e-Administrative Fee (first 20 digits)
• debtor’s full name
• the payment amount
