How does the service work?
1. You view and process the requests you have received from the bank for which you have outstanding documents to send.
2. From the menu select Purchases & Applications > Documents Submission and attach the required document or reject the request.
3. You can see the history of your requests.
4. You are informed about the progress of the document request and its acceptance or not by the bank, via the Piraeus e-banking and by e-mail.
Who does the service concern?
The service is available to all Piraeus e-banking users.
