Appointment via Piraeus e-banking
All you need is to have Piraeus e-banking service codes and follow the steps below:
1.Log in to Piraeus web banking or to the Piraeus app.
2. Select a new appointment in the "My appointments" section.
3. Select a specific date and time that suits you, the topic you want to discuss and the type of appointment you want: in-store appointment* / telephone meeting / video call**.
4. You can enter your comments the branch that will manage your appointment.
*Initially, your service branch is displayed by default, alternatively you have the option of selecting "Other" to choose the store where you wish your appointment to take place. The branch selection option does not apply to Personal Banking and Business Banking Plus clients who are served by a personal advisor.
**The video calling feature is available exclusively to Personal Banking and Business Banking Plus customers.

Helpful information for your appointments:
- You can schedule the appointment directly (the first available date is the day after the next day).
- You can set your appointment two months in advance.
- The total duration of your appointment cannot exceed 45 minutes.
- The first available appointment of the day starts at 8.00 am and the last one at 1.00 pm.
After booking your appointment:
- You will receive an e-mail with all the necessary information about your appointment.
- You will receive a push notification on your mobile phone***, reminding you of your appointment one hour before it starts.
- Via the Piraeus e-banking service and specifically in the "My appointments" section you can keep track of your scheduled appointments and their history over the last twelve months.
- It is possible to change and/or cancel an appointment you have created.
- In the event of an emergency cancellation of the appointment by the store, you will be informed accordingly.
