I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

Steps to participate in the "My Home", Youth Housing Program

1. Presentation of required documents by the beneficiary at the branch and submission of a loan application.

2.Assessment of the creditworthiness and eligibility criteria of the beneficiary within sixty (60) days of the submission of the loan application.

3.Communication of the evaluation result to the beneficiary.

4.Provision of legal & technical inspection documents by the beneficiary, updated information and property purchase price within sixty (60) days from the date of loan pre-approval.

5. Sending of data to the E.A.T. by the bank, carrying out checks, committing funds and sending notification of the result of the checks and the date of inclusion in the program (E.A.T. approval).

6. Conducting a legal and technical inspection by the bank within sixty (60) days from the date of joining the program or one hundred and twenty (120) days in case of submission of data/documents of another property.

7. Submission of a transcribed contract/final loan approval/ signing of a loan agreement within six (6) months of the approval of the NTA.

8. Submission of loan agreement details to the NTA by the bank and receipt of approval.

9.Remarking property.

10. Submission of a disbursement request to the N.A.T. by the bank and receipt of approval.

11. Loan disbursement within six (6) months from the approval of the NTA with the possibility of an extension of two additional months, provided that the application for the registration of a lien has been submitted within six (6) months from the approval of the NTA and the NTA is informed of the date of its completion.
