Specifically for the case of home e-loan
Steps
1. From the menu select Loans & Grants > home e-loan.
2. Through the specially designed calculator, make scenarios for the amount, duration, type of interest rate, and loan security and find indicative installment and indicative interest rate. Decide on the scenario that best fits your needs and select "New application".
3. Fill in your details, the property's and the security of the loan and upload the necessary documents.
4. Add a second party, that is Piraeus e-banking user, if necessary.
5. Submit your application to the bank for evaluation.
6. If your application is approved, you will receive the financial pre-approval form via Piraeus e-banking.
7. After accepting the pre-approval details, schedule an appointment with the branch you have chosen for your loan service to initiate the next steps (technical-legal property inspection, final approval, contract signing, obtaining security, disbursement).
Getting a financial pre-approval does not constitute a binding offer, which will be provided to you after the final approval of your application by Piraeus Bank and does not imply any obligation of the bank to grant a loan to you.
At each step of the process, you can save your application to return later. Additionally, you receive updates via e-mail on the progress of your application.
