Your transactions are carried out 24/7 either via the advanced Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system or by speaking with a Contact Center representative. In order to use the Piraeus phone banking service, you just need to be enrolled as a Piraeus Bank customer and have a Piraeus Bank debit card and a phone number.

To access Piraeus phone banking, type in 2 customer identification codes, which you already know and can easily remember:

  • The mobile/landline number you registered when you signed up for the service
  • The 4-digit PIN of your Piraeus Bank debit card

Signing up for the service

To sign up for Piraeus phone banking, you need to have a bank account with Piraeus Bank, a Piraeus Bank debit card and a phone number. You do not have to visit a Piraeus Bank branch to receive your new codes.


To sign up:


  • Through Piraeus e-banking

  1.  Log in to Piraeus e-banking with your personal codes.

  2.  Select the menu "Purchases & Applications"> Banking Products & Services> Piraeus phone banking and follow the steps


  • Through a Piraeus Bank branch


Note:

After activating the service

  • If you are calling from a phone number you provided during registration (no blocked number), enter only your personal security code (PIN *)
  • If you are calling from a different phone number, mobile or landline, enter the phone number you provided during registration and then type in your personal Security Code (PIN *)

The Personal Security Code is the same with your Piraeus Bank debit card. However, if you wish, you can change it to a 6 digit number of your choice, which will ONLY apply for the Piraeus phone banking service.
