I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

APR: 15.54% for a three-month credit agreement and for full withdrawal of the total amount of credit of €1,500, with repayment of the total debt at the end of the agreement and a variable interest rate of 13.95% plus a levy of Law 128/75 currently 0.60%. The Bank has the right to adjust the interest rate on the basis of changes in the euribor index of one month

With the Overdraft Limit you ensure immediate access to an approved amount for your emergency cash needs. You can use it either in parts or in full, when you run out of money in your current deposit account, to:

  •  Automatic repayment of bills and payments from your account

Conditions

It is addressed to customers aged 18-65 years old (at the end of the loan), who have their payroll at the bank and:

  • declare permanent residence in Greece
  • have a tax residence in Greece
Necessary documents
Valid identity card or passport
For employees

Proof of income:

  • Last year's statement of account
  • Latest payroll receipt or official pay slip from the company's accounting department (not handwritten), which should include detailed professional data, date of hiring, gross and net earnings, insurance deductions, tax

If you keep your payroll at Piraeus or are a civil servant, you are not required to submit a payroll statement
