Online payment of your bills, cards and loans
Make your payments quickly and easily online.
Bill payment
1. From the menu select Payments > By category and find the category of payment you are interested in. You can filter "Alphabetically" or select it from "Popular" payments. For example, for a DEI bill payment, from the "Energy" category, select "Electricity" and then "DEI".2. Select the payment method. In the payment details, fill in your full name, payment code and amount. To find these details consult the payment template. If you have set "Alias Name" for the payment, select it so the above fields are automatically completed.
3. Choose whether you want the payment to be executed immediately or at a predefined date. Click “Next”.
4. Confirm that the payment details are correct. If you want to correct something click "Back", otherwise press "Submit".
5. You will receive the extraPIN for the transaction via SMS or push notification. Enter the code in the corresponding field (if you received it via SMS) or do a quick login in the Piraeus app (if you received it via push notification).
Credit card payment
1. From the menu select Payments > Piraeus Bank credit card payment.2. Select your billing account and the card you wish to pay. Select "My Credit Card" to pay a card that belongs to you.
3. Select the payment amount. You can choose full payment, minimum payment or fill in the payment amount you want.
4. Choose whether you want the payment to be executed immediately or at a predefined date. Click “Next”.
5. Confirm that the payment details are correct. If you want to correct something click "Back", otherwise press "Submit".
6. You will receive the extraPIN for the transaction via SMS or push notification.
Loan payment
1. From the menu select Transfers > Transfer for loan payment.2. Select your billing account and the loan you wish to pay.
3. Fill in the payment amount and reason.
4. Choose whether you want the payment to be executed immediately or at a predefined date. Click “Next”.
5. Confirm that the payment details are correct. If you want to correct something click "Back", otherwise press "Submit".
