I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

Piraeus WEBUY prepaid card application procedure 

If you are a Piraeus Bank customer, you can get your WEBUY card in just a few minutes:

1. Via Piraeus e-banking

  • Select from the menu Cards > e-card - Piraeus WEBUY Edition.
  • Select the daily purchase limit you want and click "Next".
  • Accept the terms of use.
  • You will receive the extraPIN on your mobile phone with the CVC2 security code.

2. Via Piraeus app

  • Select from the menu Cards > e-card > Prepaid cards. Card version.
  • Select the daily purchase limit you want and click "Next".
  • Accept the terms of use.
  • You will receive the extraPIN on your mobile phone with the CVC2 security code.
