1. Find the instant cash service via Piraeus e-banking:
- Piraeus e-banking from the menu Transfers > Cash withdrawal instant cash
- Piraeus app from the menu Transactions > Instant cash
2. Select:
the amount you want to withdraw (up to €600 per day, €1,800 per month)
The amount you have set will not be ceased from your account. Your account will be charged only at cash withdrawal (if there are sufficient funds).
your account at Piraeus Bank that will be charged with the withdrawal
the time Piraeus instant cash will be valid (from 1 hour up to 24 hours)
3. Accept the terms.
4. Confirm the data and select "Finish".
5. Approve the transaction with quick login.
6. You will receive the code on your mobile phone that is declared at Piraeus Bank. The Piraeus instant cash code is exclusively for your own use.
How to withdraw cash
Use the Piraeus instant cash code and scan the QR code through the Piraeus app at any Piraeus Bank ATM.
With the Piraeus instant cash code you can withdraw cash:
- only for the exact amount you have set
- only within the time limit you have set for the Piraeus instant cash code
Steps
1. Enter the code and the amount of the withdrawal on the ATM screen.
2. Scan the QR code that appears on the ATM screen by selecting the scan icon from the Piraeus app login screen and approve the transaction.
3. Select the confirm button on the ATM screen to complete the transaction.
If the deadline of the Piraeus instant cash code expires before the cash withdrawal is made, your account will not be charged.
