I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How do I get it?

The Piraeus Business Prepaid card is addressed to legal entities only. In order to obtain it, it is necessary to have a current account with Piraeus Bank and to have access to the Piraeus web banking service through a legal representative. Your company's legal representative can then obtain Piraeus Business Prepaid immediately, in just a few minutes:

Charges for loading your Prepaid Business card are:

  • Card issue: Free of charge
  • Card re-issue: Free of charge
  • Purchases in €: Free of charge
  • Currency conversion*: 2,50% of the transaction amount
  • Load: 1% of the reload amount, min €1, max €5
  • Unload**: 2€

*Purchases in non euro currency.

**If the unload amount is smaller than the unload charge, then the total unload amount will be collected as a fee.

- Transactions with digital wallets

- Online purchases of products & services from e-shop/apps (e.g. supplies, airline ticket purchases, subscription payments, payments for conference attendance, etc.)

- Online payments for services or bills

- Telephone orders from catalogues

- Money credits, such as in case of returning a product purchased with the card

It cannot be used at ATMs for cash withdrawals.
