Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

Loading limit
It can only be loaded once with up to €150 per card.
Transactions

The Prepaid Gift Visa Card has plastic and can be used 24 hours a day, in any business or store with a physical presence that bears the Visa brand in Greece*, while it accepts cash credits in case of return of products purchased with it.

*From 14/9/2019 the Piraeus Prepaid Gift Card can be used exclusively in Greece and only in physical stores
