How do I install the Piraeus app?

Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How can I get it?

To obtain it, you must be a freelancer or have a business (individual or otherwise) and maintain a current or business account or an open business loan with Piraeus Bank.

1. Through a branch

You request the issuance of a Piraeus Business Debit card at the Piraeus Bank branch that serves you. Your full name is printed on the face of the card.
In case of Legal entity, you can issue as many cards as you want for your partners as you wish, depending on what is provided for in your business's articles of association and the terms of representation. In this case, the name of the cardholder and the name of the company are printed on the face of the card.
You receive your card with its PIN on the spot, immediately after the issuing process and you can use it immediately.

2. Via Piraeus e-banking

If you are a freelancer or have a sole proprietorship, you can obtain the Business Debit card online via Piraeus web banking or Piraeus app and receive it at your mailing address. Once you receive it, you activate it and set its PIN through your e-banking.

3. Through the Digital Onboarding

If you are not a Piraeus Bank customer, you can become a Piraeus Business Debit customer directly through the Digital Onboarding service for freelancers and sole proprietorships and obtain Piraeus Business Debit, at your mailing address, without visiting a branch.

Can I set daily transaction limits?

You can set the daily transaction limit of your Piraeus Business Debit card or the cards of your partners, if your company is a Legal Entity, depending on your needs, at any branch or via Piraeus e-banking.

You can link up to 4 Piraeus Business Debit card with up to 4 Piraeus Bank current or open loan accounts.

Management via ATM

Through the Piraeus Bank ATM network you can make ATM transactions at any time:

  • Withdrawals, deposits and transfers from all accounts linked to your card
  • Online cash deposit without envelope with automatic crediting of the linked account you choose (at selected ATMs) and cash and cheque deposit with envelope
  • Balance enquiry and update on the last 6 transactions of the accounts linked to your card
  • Deposit to another account at Piraeus bank

In addition, you can make cash withdrawals and balance enquiries at DIAS ATMs and ATMs abroad with the VISA brand at any time of the day or night.
