The offer, issue and payment of your insurance policy is completed immediately and delivered to you at the Piraeus Bank branch that serves you.

The indemnities of each package are based on the level of cover you choose, according to the general and specific terms of your policy.

Note: The above premiums are increased by 10% for each additional pharmacist or assistant employed in the pharmacy, up to a maximum of 5 people in total.

1. Legal practice of your profession

• My Business Liability Pharmacist insurance covers you only if you hold the degrees, diplomas and licenses required by Greek legislation for the legal practice of your profession and you comply with the applicable provisions on the operation of pharmacies.
• If you have included additional members in your insurance, My Business Liability Pharmacist's insurance also covers you for accidents caused by these members while carrying out the orders or performing the work you have assigned to them, provided that they have the necessary scientific training to provide the services and have been declared by you or the policyholder at the time of the conclusion of the contract and are listed in the insurance policy.

2. A clean record

• My Business Liability Pharmacist insurance covers you only if there is no case pending against you for a tort committed in the course of your profession, and you have not been associated with similar accidents or losses in the past.

3. Limit of liability per occurrence

• All claims arising from the same cause of loss are considered one occurrence. To be satisfied, your policy's per occurrence limit of liability applies only once.
