How do I install the Piraeus app?

Download the Piraeus app from App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) or App Gallery (Huawei) by typing Piraeus app and click Get (iOS) or Install (Android) or Install (Huawei).

I forgot / blocked my Piraeus e-banking password

If you have activated the SMS extraPIN feature and you know your username but don't remember your password, you can reissue your password by starting the process from here.

In any case, password reissuance continues to be provided through the bank's branch network.

How do I get a Piraeus e-loan?

Tiered whole balance.
AXIZEI savings account has a fixed privileged interest rate for every month your account balance, after deducting any interest paid within the month, is:

  • at least €1 higher than the previous month’s balance and
  • over €300

If any of the above is not met, a basic rate is applied.

The calculation of the month-on-month account balance comparison is based on the balance of the last calendar day of each month. The balance increase must come from your own savings effort, not from interest credited on the account. There are no restrictions in the transactions you can perform during the month.

Every 6 months, on the first working day of January and July of each year.

Your account’s statement is available in digital form (e-statement) through Piraeus e-banking.

Additionally, you can be real-time informed about your account’s balance and the most recent transactions, 24/7:

  • at any Piraeus Bank ATM using your debit card
  • via Piraeus e-banking and Piraeus app
  • via email or SMS (with charge), with Piraeus Alerts

Use your debit card for all your transactions, without charge of interest:

  • Shop at any store displaying the VISA logo in Greece or abroad and via internet
  • Withdraw cash and make bank transactions at Piraeus Bank ATM, DIAS ATM and VISA ATM.

Piraeus Visa Credit card

  • No annual fee for the first year or for every next year depending on your annual transactions.
Online management

Through Piraeus e-banking & Piraeus app you can:

  • Open / close the account
  • Add beneficiary
  • Stay informed at all times about your account balance and recent transactions
Notes
  • You may simply alter your debit card’s daily transaction limit at any Piraeus Bank branch or through Piraeus e-banking.
  • Although it is not obligatory to set an automatic payment of your card to your account, it is highly recommended to do so.
