The plan provides for immediate cash payment for:

Daily Hospital Treatment Indemnity

In case of hospitalization the insured gets a Daily Hospitalization Indemnity for every night that stays at the hospital according to the selected insurance program.

• In the ERGO Care4me Simple package due to an accident
• In the ERGO Care4me Advanced & Total due to accident or illness

The benefit is calculated from the 1st day of overnight stay in hospital, up to a maximum of 120 days.

Daily Recovery Indemnity

Paid additionally to the hospital treatment indemnity after your exit from hospital and is equal to the half of the hospital treatment indemnity and is paid according to the exact number of accommodation days, with maximum limit of:

• 20 days for the ERGO Care4me Simple package
• 10 days for the ERGO Care4me Advanced and Total packages

Loss of Life due to Accident
In case of Death due to Accident, which occurs after the insurance start day, excepting every other cause of death, a capital sum is paid to the insurance beneficiaries.

The magnitude of the ERGO Care4me insurance benefits depends on the benefit package you choose, according to the general and specific terms of your policy.

Age of entry into the program:

• rom 3 months to 65 years of age
• end of insurance at the age of 70 years of the insured
