The Health Insurance Easy Health Insurance Solutions Program of NN Hellas offers you financial support in case of hospitalization in private & public hospitals in Greece and abroad. The service is addressed to those insured with EOPYY who wish to receive assistance in covering the cost of hospitalization in private hospitals and clinics and to residents of the periphery who are mainly served by public hospitals.

Maximum annual limit of plan compensation: €30,000.
Maximum limit of hospitalisation: 365 days of hospitalisation in one insurance year or between two consecutive insurance years.


Notes:

For the calculation of the maximum annual limit, the total compensation for hospitalisation in a private hospital and the amount of benefits paid in case of hospitalisation in a public hospital are taken into account.

In any case, the amount covered by the company cannot exceed the difference between the total cost of hospitalization and the sum of the final amount of the contribution of EOPYY and any other public or private institutions.

Public hospitals in Greece:

• Daily hospitalisation allowance €60 for each day of your stay in hospital (from 2 consecutive nights and up to 60 days).
• Daily home convalescence allowance €30 for each day of your hospital stay (from 2 consecutive nights and up to 20 days).
• Surgical allowance up to €1,500 based on the severity of the operation (medium and above).

Notes:
The cost of the above allowances is taken into account in the calculation of the annual maximum compensation limit of €30,000.

• Dr. Online service, which provides 24/7 medical information services, digitally.
• Extra benefits at contracted hospitals.

Private hospitals in Greece and abroad

The programme operates with the simultaneous participation of the EOPYY in the cost of hospitalisation and the amount of compensation you receive depends on the final amount of coverage of the EOPYY.

The expenses that NN Hellas takes into account to compensate you are the following:

1. Hospitalisation with overnight stay:

• Room and food
• Intensive care unit / enhanced care unit
• Surgeon's and anaesthetist's fees
• Emergencies

2. Short-day hospitalization:

• Medical procedures and diagnostic tests that are medically necessary to be performed in the hospital
• Surgeries and medical operations
• Chemotherapies carried out without overnight stay

3. Radiotherapy without hospitalization (for radiotherapy, a fee of €500 is provided for each cycle)

NN Hellas will not reimburse you for hospitalisation costs in a private hospital in Greece or abroad, when EOPYY does not contribute to the hospitalisation costs.
