1. Benefit in case of Temporary disability due to illness or accident for all workers

• Payment of the first benefit after 30 consecutive days of Temporary Disability. Subsequent payments by 30 days of continuous Temporary Disability.
• 6 payments per claim and 18 payments for different claims

2. Benefit in case of involuntary unemployment for private employees with an indefinite contract

• Payment of the first benefit after 60 consecutive days of Unemployment. Subsequent payments by 30 days of continuous unemployment
• 4 payments per claim and 18 payments for different claims

3. Benefit in case of Hospitalization due to Sickness or Accident for freelancers, civil servants and workers with fixed-term contract

• Payment of the first benefit after 5 consecutive days of Hospitalization. Subsequent payments by 30 days of continuous hospitalization
• 6 payments per claim and 18 payments for different claims
