Online Piraeus e-banking code recovery
Easily retrieve your passwords via the Piraeus e-banking.
Reset access
1. Visit www.ebanking.piraeusbank.gr and choose to log in as "Private".2. On the Piraeus e-banking home page select "Forgot / blocked your Password?".
3. On the next screen, select "I have blocked my Piraeus e-banking access but I remember my password and username" and click "Reactivate access".
4. Select your debit card type and enter the digits requested. Enter the username you use to log in to Piraeus e-banking and finally the mobile phone number you have registered with Piraeus Bank to receive extraPIN. Press "Next".
5. You will receive an SMS with the extraPIN. Enter the code in the corresponding field and press "Continue".
Password reissue
1. Visit the page www.ebanking.piraeusbank.gr and choose to log in as "Private".2. On the Piraeus e-banking home page, select "Forgot/Blocked Password?".
3. On the next screen, select "I Forgot my Password" and then click "Reissue Password".
4. Select your debit card type and enter the digits requested. Enter the username you use to log in to Piraeus e-banking and finally the mobile phone number you have registered with Piraeus Bank to receive extraPIN. Press "Continue".
5. You will receive an SMS with the extraPIN. Enter the code in the corresponding field and press "Next".
6. Fill in the blank fields the two corresponding digits of your debit card PIN and click "Continue". Immediately afterward you will receive the temporary password (valid for 72 hours) by SMS to complete your login.
Username reminder
1. Visit the page www.ebanking.piraeusbank.gr and choose to log in as "Private".2. On the Piraeus e-banking home page select "Forgot your Username?".
3. On the next screen, select your debit card type and enter the digits requested. Then enter the mobile phone number you have registered with Piraeus Bank. Finally, press "Submit" and you will immediately receive an SMS on your mobile phone with the username to log in to Piraeus e-banking.

Login QR code
1. Select from the login page of Piraeus e-banking "Login QR code". Enter your username and select "Next".2. Open the Piraeus app from your mobile and select the scan icon in the top right of the screen.
3. Scan the QR Code.
4. Once you scan the QR Code, you will need to identify yourself with your 4-digit code or biometric feature.
5. On the next screen, approve the input transaction in Piraeus e-banking.
