How can I get insured to the new plans?
- With the new insurance plans ERGO My Auto powered by Drive&Win, you have the flexibility to choose the insurance plan you need and enrich it with additional coverages according to your needs.
Once you make your payment in Piraeus-ebanking or Piraeus app, you will receive your insurance policy by email, along with all the respective documents for your insurance.
If we need to check your vehicle, the process is also digital and can be done quickly and easily from your smartphone. In this case, you will receive a SMS with a special link, through which you will photograph your vehicle following the instructions of the application. For this process you will need just 3 minutes!
Do I need supporting documents for my insurance?
No documents are required to insure your car with Piraeus e-banking or Piraeus app. Even if your vehicle needs to be inspected to activate all the coverages of the insurance plan you choose, the process is also digital and is done simply and quickly from your mobile phone!
How? After completing the purchase process, you will receive a link by SMS, through which you will be guided step by step to photograph specific parts of your car:- If the selected plan includes Glass Breakage coverage, photos of the front and rear of the car are required.
- f the selected plan includes Theft and Fire coverages, additional photos of the sides of the car, the odometer and the Vehicle Registration Document are required, where the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) of the car must be clearly visible.
- If the selected plan includes Hail damage coverage, an additional photo of the car roof is required.
How do I pay for my insurance policy?
- By billing your account.
- Through Piraeus Bank credit card billing, with the possibility of repayment in up to 12 interest-free installments, depending on the duration of your vehicle insurance.
- Payment of the renewal will be made in the same way, by means of a standing order.
How do I collect ERGO stars in the ERGO Drive&Win app?
- The quality of driving behaviour is expressed in ERGO Stars (1 to 5 stars) and is rated, per route and overall, on a scale from 0 to 100, according to the driver's performance in terms of specific actions, such as exceeding speed limits, braking hard, accelerating hard, using a mobile phone while driving and driving between 12.00 a.m. and 5.00 a.m, which are the high-risk zone. This total score is converted into ERGO Stars.

Step 2: Download the ERGO Drive&Win app
With your insurance, you are automatically registered in the ERGO Drive&Win app. Immediately afterwards, you receive an e-mail with instructions to log in to the app. Using the app during your insurance is a prerequisite to keep the initial 15% discount.
Step 3: Track your driving behaviour and earn extra discounts
Through the app you can monitor your score in detail, both overall and per route, in order to continuously improve your performance. Depending on your driving behaviour, you can obtain an additional discount of up to 15% on your premiums.
Step 4: Participate in competitions and other actions
